We had an absolutely wonderful stay at HUALUXE Kunming. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jeanee, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. She stayed in touch with us throughout our 訂房網站, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and offering thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our experience. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a calm atmosphere that made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The service across the board was attentive and professional, but Jeanee’s personal touch really made our stay feel extra special. The hot springs are an incredible feature! There were several to choose from with ranging temperatures! We would highly recommend HUALUXE Kunming to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning on our next 訂房網站

酒店一如既往的好，先後來昆明入住兩天，管家Jay安排得都特別棒，服務周到貼心，很專業，位置不錯，就像朋友一樣照顧我們，酒店環境也特別好，依山傍水，離海埂大壩特別近，先頭的海鷗也飛過來一下，去喂海鷗特別方便，早歺豐盛，晚上玩回來還有室外溫泉可以泡。之後還會再來，很棒！

園林式設計的酒店，綠樹成蔭。早餐除了一般酒店中規中矩的中西式外，地方特色小吃特別多。園區有天鵝、小免、孔雀和小火車，非常適合親子游。與酒店合作的旅拍也很好，提供一套免費的民族服裝。我們一日三餐全在酒店用餐，味道不錯！在此特別感謝管家Luna及前台FI0ra，入住前添加微信，把我們的需要都辦得非常滿意，並將酒店的用餐時間及親子活動等都提前發給我，入住期間也是有問題及時答覆，讓我們愉快的度過了美好的5天旅行！

Hotel in mint condition (everything looked like new) with topnotch service. There were very few guests at the time, so I got a sense of exclusivity and luxury. I asked for a nice view and they gave me one with a direct view to the mountains. They give you some very nice complementary services like photo shoot, hot pools, free drinks, etc. In summary a place to indulge in luxury.

完美的入住！全程滿意！首次感謝一下Kaia服務非常好，人美心善又溫柔，滿足一切服務需求，點贊！然後就是酒店風景真的好，滇池邊上，去哪兒都很方便，酒店有停車場，住店是免費的，院子裡有溫泉，全家可以一起泡，孩子很喜歡！另外酒店送旅拍，為孩子邀約了，很順利的完成拍攝，也沒有什麼額外的收費和虛假銷售服務，全程都很美好，體驗感超級強！房間堪比五星，陽台還有美景，下次來昆明，還要住這裡！

完美的入住！全程滿意！首次感謝一下Kaia服務非常好，人美心善又溫柔，滿足一切服務需求，點贊！然後就是酒店風景真的好，滇池邊上，去哪兒都很方便，酒店有停車場，住店是免費的，院子裡有溫泉，全家可以一起泡，孩子很喜歡！另外酒店送旅拍，為孩子邀約了，很順利的完成拍攝，也沒有什麼額外的收費和虛假銷售服務，全程都很美好，體驗感超級強！房間堪比五星，陽台還有美景，下次來昆明，還要住這裡！
